SHIPPING: After processing (please allow 3-4 working days), your order will be sent via courier (CitySprint) on an overnight service to retain freshness. Please make sure you are able to receive your parcel at the delivery address as we cannot be held liable for cheeses left at the postal depot! All our cheeses are shipped in recyclable boxes or shipping pouches and cold packs can be refrozen and reused.
REFUNDS: We make every effort to make sure your cheeses arrive fresh and cool. If for any reason your cheeses are not in such a condition on arrival (except in cases where the parcel has not been received on the day of delivery) or if your parcel has not arrived on the expected day of delivery, please contact us immediately so that we can assist you.
